ZentroDial ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the ZentroDial mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We collect the following types of information when you use ZentroDial:
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This information is used to identify you, manage your account, and communicate with you about the Service.
Lead Data. You may upload contact information for your sales leads, including names, phone numbers, dates of birth, states, and other fields contained in your CSV or Excel files. This data is uploaded and stored on our servers so that you can access and manage your leads through the app. We do not use your lead data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
Call Activity Data. We collect information about your calling activity within the app, including call dispositions (such as Sold, No Answer, Call Again, Bad Number, Client Hung Up, or Skip), callback schedules, and timestamps. This data is used to power features like the smart queue, callback scheduling, and your stats dashboard.
Payment Information. When you subscribe to ZentroDial, your payment is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not directly collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number. Stripe may collect your payment card details, billing address, and other information necessary to process your transaction. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information.
Device and Usage Information. We may collect technical information such as your device type, operating system version, app version, and general usage patterns (such as feature usage frequency). This information helps us improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.

We do not sell your personal information or your lead data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not share your lead data with other ZentroDial users.
Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard protections. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement access controls to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.

We will respond to data requests within 30 days. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
We retain your account information and lead data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow you to reactivate your account without losing your information. After 90 days of account inactivity following cancellation, your data may be permanently deleted.
If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or compliance purposes.
ZentroDial is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of ZentroDial after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
